Your satisfaction matters to us. Because so many of our products are personalized and made to order, here's how returns and exchanges work.

Personalized & Made-to-Order Items

Bookmarks, prayer cards, and other keepsakes that are personalized with a name, verse, photo, or custom finishing are produced specifically for you and generally cannot be returned. If something isn't right, please call us right away — we'll always work with you to make it right.

Defects & Errors

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was confirmed, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll reprint, replace, or refund the affected items at no cost to you.

Stock Supplies

Unopened, non-personalized supplies (such as laminating film and equipment accessories) may be returned within 30 days in their original condition. Please call before shipping anything back so we can issue a return authorization.
